Washburn University held a Fiesta Buffet on Sept. 27, 2011 to celebrate Mexican Heritage month. Some of the food included carnitas, chicken enchiladas, Mexican meatballs, beef tacos and more. The fiesta also included live entertainment, Alejandro Corder.
